Processed using natural menthol crystals, Stabilised Menthol Powder contains up to 95% menthol and enables manufacturers to enjoy cost benefits with increased flavour impact.

Our process modifies the structure of finely processed microscopic menthol crystals to ensure the powder remains consistently free flowing without recrystallizing and lumping in storage. Each microscopic particle is impregnated with a layer of pure amorphous silicon dioxide.
Stabilised Menthol Powder uses our extensive process expertise creating stabilised menthol particles which resist recrystallisation. It can be used to replace menthol crystals and spray dried menthol in existing products. Our Stabilised Menthol Powder delivers the flavour intensity of the melted crystals but has none of the processing drawbacks.
