Simon Phillips

Graduating with a degree in Food Science and Technology (BSc.), Simon’s interest in ingredient functionality for the bakery industry has been crucially important, as it has facilitated a greater understanding of our customers’ products, and how to provide solutions to their problems.

Simon works closely with customers to help them add value and make cost savings to their products or process. He does this by ensuring that TasteTech’s products are performing optimally in the end application.

Simon has a sweet tooth and when at home, enjoys making desserts. His favourite, a classic sherry trifle….. no jelly! A nostalgic treat from his childhood.
